Specifying your digital systems.
Helping you identify and implement the right systems to better serve your beneficiaries, clients, volunteers and new partnerships.
Specifying your digital systems
Are you struggling to identify, commission and get the most out of your charity’s digital systems? It could be a CRM, volunteer management or email marketing system. It could also mean the way your systems connect to each other.
It can be difficult to know what technology you need, to better serve your beneficiaries, clients, staff, volunteers, and partnerships. There’s so much out there! The language is confusing, the pricing can be complicated and the stakes are high.
Acting as your trusted, expert and impartial advisor, I help charities to figure out what you actually need, what systems are out there and how to get it sorted.
Stop relying on fragile spreadsheets and numerous different sources of information.
Which organisations have I helped?
Oxford-based charity Aspire invited me to support their new employee volunteering project Team Oxford.
I helped them create processes to find companies with employees who wanted to volunteer, to find charities that were looking for volunteers, and to match them up.
We set up a system that includes Capsule CRM connected to an enquiry form on the website and Active Campaign for email marketing.
Today I provide ongoing support and coaching, helping key members of staff to be organised, polish their processes, think commercially, and get more done.
BDSIP wanted to move away from using a system of spreadsheets, so they could better serve existing customers (schools) and be more organised about reaching new ones.
I helped them define what they needed and then did a detailed review of the commercial systems that could do what they wanted.
They chose Capsule CRM. I then helped them identify a technical partner to support the implementation, for which I’m currently providing project management top-cover.
