Growth For Good with Andy Gullick, RIFT Social Enterprise

In this episode of Growth For Good, I chat with Andy Gullick, founder of RIFT Social Enterprise

Meet Andy Gullick, chief executive of RIFT Social Enterprise, a not-for-profit organisation he founded to provide tailored support for people interested in becoming self-employed.

RIFT works with people in prison and the long-term unemployed. It currently provides support in 46 prisons across the UK and a similar number of probation offices.

The organisation has seen stellar growth and has supported huge numbers of aspiring entrepreneurs since its beginning 5 years ago. Initially grant-funded, RIFT now receives 95% of its income from central government and European-funded contacts.

Learn all about this and much more from my chat with Andy and please let me know if you’d like to share your socially or environmentally positive business model. Thank you again Andy for a fantastic interview!
