Meet Catherine Eadie, Founding Director of MHScot Workplace Wellbeing CIC. It’s a fab social enterprise that offers education to businesses about mental health and well-being in the workplace. Catherine has been in business for nine years and employs three people supported by freelancers and volunteers.

We discussed the challenges of getting pricing right (maybe the hardest thing, ever?), growing a business when demand is seasonal, keeping ahead of the competition, and the non-stop juggle between working ‘in the business’ as well as ‘on the business’.
